On-glaze painting

Hand painting on glazed white porcelain is the classic form of decoration for porcelain. It is similar to watercolor painting and is quite easy to implement: Made a mistake? No problem, just wipe it away and do it again - until you fire it!

Suitable designs for your first attempts, historical motifs from the rich treasure trove of flower, fruit or bird painting for which FÜRSTENBERG is famous and which constantly present advanced students with new challenges, or modern designs - our experienced course instructors will work with you to find the right one.

Do you have your own ideas or templates for your personal porcelain painting? No problem, you can get advice from our course instructors and choose the right piece of white porcelain from our extensive collection in the manufactory shop (not included in the course fee). You will then create your favorite pattern during the course under professional guidance.
